The Pink Elephant Case Management solution is an innovative, off the shelf case, claims, and portfolio management application. It aims to reduce costs by automating manual tasks and redundancy, increase service levels by adding consistency, transparency, easy-to-use case entry and management, and improve operations with better forecasting and reporting.
It offers 25 different “plug and play” modules that each automate a different part of the case management process – from Case and Contract entry to Finance, Fraud Detection, Auditing, Email and external connectors. All module combinations are possible, building an application that suits your specific needs.
All modules are front-end configurable, giving you full control over your application data. Code modifications are easily done using the underlying Mendix platform that speeds up development time by over 6x compared to traditional methods.
Specifically for the insurance industry, we have developed a variant of our Case Management solution called Claims 2020 – Next generation claims management. This solution features industry standard components designed to automate the process from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement and closure, improving claim processing times and accuracy.
